QVRP is short for Quintus van Rensburg Publishers. QVRP delivers digital services to business and information services to the public.

Leadership
QVRP is owned by:
Quintus van Rensburg
He has been working on Web projects since 1997 and in the Mobile environment since 2000. He is the founder of Roekeloos.co.za and various other sites that serves a combined total of almost half a million people per year.
Quintus received training at the University of South Africa, the National Institute of Information Technology (India) and the University of Stellenbosch (South Africa). He is a registered member of LIASA (Library and Information Association of South Africa) and the SAOUG (Southern African Online User Group).
